In 2022, Black Swan completed a once-in-a-century renovation that restored the property's original historic charm while updating it from the inside out. All new electrical systems were installed, kitchens were modernized with quartz countertops and dishwashers, original hardwood floors were restored, and new wet rooms were introduced.
